Larp.me is coded in Codeigniter, the back end database is on MySQL, the code is on Github. It's written using Aptana Studio 3.

Pretty much all of it is coded by Nicholas 'Aquarion' Avenell, standing on the shoulders of a number of giants who published their stuff into the world as Open Source.
